Aturo was in charge of the construction and had a wonderful crew who set up the tiles around the pool area and the tiling of the pool itself. The cage a day to put up and is wonderful. Robby was out several times a week getting all the chemicals correct for the salt water. The construction crew came back and grated the yard so i could set up sod scheduling. From the folks in the office to the entire crew it was a great experience and everyone was friendly and was happy to answer my questions. Thank you all and what a fantastic team you all make. You can get a good pool, a great pool, but we wanted a superior pool and we got it. The crew was amazing and the customer service top notch. My only regret..,.we only have one house to build a pool in because if we had another home we would 100 percent use superior pools. As first time pool owners from VA, I did a lot of research on pool companies around the area we were moving to in FL. I looked at the portfolio of completed pools for each company and read many reviews. The pool designs for Superior Pools of SW FL really connected with me. We narrowed down our choice between 2 pool companies but chose Superior because they listened to what we wanted and created several sketch options for us to consider. It was a good partnership to create a pool we love. The work began the Monday before Thanksgiving, in Nov 2024, and was completed by the first weekend in January 2025. Very efficient. The project managers, Arturo and Olivia, were involved and responsive, and the workers were on site every day like clockwork. The transition between each phase was seamless as most of the workers are employees of Superior, which made a big difference. The workers were skilled, respectful, and kept the worksite very clean, which we appreciated. We asked questions several times during the build and there was always someone on site who we could speak to. No communication issues are all. When the build was complete, Robby conducted a “pool school” to teach us how to care for the pool and how to use it’s features. This was quite important to us being first time pool owners. We reached out to Robby a few times afterwards, with follow up questions, and he gladly answered them for us. Our one year of pool ownership has just passed and our pool still looks great and functions great. We even renewed our service for another year because the service techs showed up at our home every Monday, as scheduled, and were very friendly each time they came. Shout out to Marty who has been our tech for quite a while now. Overall, we paid a little more for our pool build than we would have with the other company we were deciding between, but we have no regrets. The workmanship, service, and experience working with Superior Pools and its employees, has been very positive. I would definitely recommend considering this company for your pool build. They promised the pool would be done in 45 days and they delivered. Every one of their employees was friendly and easy to work with. The workers on site never left a mess at the end of the day. The owner, John, of Superior pools called and asked how he could earn our business. We went to their office & met with John and Joe. We spoke with them and designed a pool. We also spoke to the other 3 pool companies. After going through the 13 quotes and speaking with the last 4 companies, we decided to go with Superior. After all our research and conversations, we concluded that Superior Pools was the best option. We are glad we made that decision.
