As a pool committee, or an owner/ manager, we feel that you need to have an understanding of just what our service includes:
Service Days
We will service your pool and or spa on the agreed upon days. On the week that holidays occur, service may be on a different day. We service pools and spas on a regular rotation of days based on the time of year and their location. Regular service is based on twice per week service (4/1 thru 10/1).
Winter service (10/1 thru 4/1) one visit per week unless specified otherwise.
Equipment Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is cost effective, especially when equipment is combined with water, heat, extended running hours, chemicals and heavy swimmer loads. Monitoring equipment is done during routine service. Any problems or potential problems are reported to the management.
Water Chemistry
We check for proper levels of sanitizer, alkalinity, Ph, hardness, cyanuric acid are check and adjusted as necessary for maintaining your pools peak operating condition. We use products that increase water clarity and extend chlorine abilities for maximum appearance.

Filter Maintenance
Filter cleaning is required to keep water moving, and to keep water sanitary for the public. Pool water must turn over at least every 24 hours through the filtration system. There is no regular rotation for filter cleaning. The size of the pool, swimmer loads, and weather conditions, decide how quickly the filter becomes clogged, and then needs possible extra visits to resolve the problem.
Bad Weather Conditions
On rainy days or during windy conditions, or whatever unsafe weather conditions it may not be possible to see the bottom of the pool. On these days we balance the water chemistry. This is considered service for the day.
Your service is based on a four-week month. There are four months per year that your site receives one additional weekly cleaning at no extra charge. These four free weeks during the year compensate the limited service we can provide during poor weather conditions.
We do not fill pool or spas with water. It is the homeowner association’s responsibility to keep the pool or spa filled, we will inform you if the water level is low.
